Duvet and pillows
This is my experience:
Made an order for single duvet and 4 pillow set to test product before purchasing many more products for my hotel, it was advertised as 4 pillows for the set, which was shown in photo then written, but if you read beyond where it stated you received 4 pillows it then read: you would only receive 2 pillows with the single duvet set.
They have failed to realise after it’s been pointed out several times that you scan for the info when reading and stop when you’ve discovered what you were looking for, in this case the amount of pillows that came with the set, you don’t go on reading in case something contradicts what you’ve read! The customer service is diabolical! I can only assume many of the positive reviews are fake! I’ve since tested the product and it’s really not that great, so I’m pleased I decided to test before making a large order! Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere!
I can’t seem to find where to upload a photo of very substandard duvet, but will find out but look at my profile photo to see it held in front of window and hardly any filling!
