Airport parking booking issue
I recently booked airport parking through a comparison website, and it was a nightmare. I put in the right flight details for May, but the system somehow switched it to April. And then they had the cheek to charge me an extra £19.75 to fix their error. It's like they're robbing me in broad daylight! It's crazy that companies still try to squeeze every last penny out of customers, especially in tough financial times.
